How To Use Your Tickets
You will receive an email with your Dubai Fountain Boardwalk ticket voucher in a short time. You need to print the same.
Please present the tickets at the At The Top counters located in Dubai Mall or Fountain Promenade counter or the Burj Park counter 10 minutes before your experience is scheduled.
Validity
Your tickets are valid only for the day and time that you’ve booked the experience.

• All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation is made within 72 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your account within 7 working days.
