Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
Convenient storage lockers are available at the park entrance with fees.
Ride lockers are available at the Velociraptor, Predator and Spider-Man Doc Ock’s Revenge rides (AED10 per hour). Loose articles will not be permitted on rides.
Free parking is available and there is plenty of space for everyone.
Valet parking is also available with an additional fee.
Guest relations counters are located in IMG Boulevard and the Lost Valley. And any of our park hosts will be happy to guide you to the spot.
ATMs are available at the main entrance and adjacent to lockers at IMG Boulevard, and in the entrance lobby of the park.
First Aid: Should you require first aid, please make your way to Guest Relations in the Lost Valley – Dinosaur Adventure zone where one of our team will be pleased to assist you.
Toilets are located in five positions within the theme park:

Each toilet block holds a family bathroom, which also can accommodate guests with disabilities and baby changing facilities. In each of the male and female toilets, there is a specifically disabled cubicle included.
Wheelchairs are available for day hire. The wheelchairs are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and must not pass the entry/exit turnstiles. A valid ID must be provided to hire the wheelchairs. The ID will be returned to the guest once the wheelchair is returned and is damage free (or in the same state as when it was leased).
Strollers are available to rent in single and double sizes.

Getting there / transportation
IMG Worlds of Adventure is located on E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road - near Arabian Ranches, next to Global Village), in the heart of Dubai.
A taxi and private coach area is conveniently close to the entrance.
Opening hours are subject to change. Closing times indicate the time’s queues close.
Attraction Queues will close at park closing time (not the ride) with the exception of the Haunted Hotel which has limited capacity and will close up to 2 hours before park closing time should the queue line reach its maximum capacity.
