The minimum allowed age is 5 years.
The maximum allowed age is 80 years.
The maximum weight for any passenger is 120kgs (there will be an extra ticket charge if the weight limit is exceeded).


Days of Operation
Daily from 4:00AM - 9:00AM

Standard Ride

• The pick-up time is generally around 4:00am and may vary 30min+/- depending on the time of the season.
• You will then proceed to the take-off location where some formalities will be carried out followed by the Pilot briefing regarding safety and security.
• The balloon takes off after the passenger briefing which will commence your magical experience that lasts about an hour 30min+/- depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
• Upon landing your designated driver will then drop you back to your pick-up point/location.

Deluxe Package

• The pick-up time is generally around 4:00am and may vary 30min+/- depending on the time of the season.
• You will then proceed to the take-off location where some formalities will be carried out followed by the Pilot briefing regarding safety and security.
• The balloon takes off after the passenger briefing which will commence your magical experience that lasts about an hour 30min+/- depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
• Upon landing you will be taken to our bedouin camp where you can enjoy Breakfast, a falcon will be available for viewing and photography and a complimentary short camel ride.
• Your designated driver will then drop you back to your pick-up point/location.

Adventure Package

• Upon landing, you will proceed to dune bashing by our experienced driver's then head to our bedouin camp where a delightful Breakfast shall await you with a Falcon for your viewing and photography pleasure. Complementary short horse and camel rides are also available at the camp.
• You will then proceed for a 30min Quad bike ride over the dunes.
• Once done your designated driver will drop you back to your hotel or pick up location.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 72 hours - 100% refund (No charge)

Cancellation before 48 hours - 75% refund (25% charge)

Cancellation before 24 hours - 50% refund (50% charge)

Cancellation less than 24 hours - No Show & Non-Refundable (100% charge)

Cancellation due to technical snag / weather / ATC Permission Either reschedule or refund the full amount within 10 – 15 working days

Child Policy

• Children under 5 years is not allowed in the flight
• Children aged 5 years - 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
