Covid-19 precautions (Traveler requirements)
- You are required to bring and wear a mask
- Transportation vehicles are regularly sanitized
Baby /Child Seats are available on request at an additional charge of 5 USD/- per Baby/Child /- Per Half Day /Full Day
Hours will be calculated starting the scheduled meeting time till the scheduled end of service
Extra hour charges apply as follows, and are to be calculated daily
- Sedan Car: 15 USD per hour
- Mini Van: 20 USD per hour
- Van: 25 USD per hour
Waiting time will be considered as part of the working hours
The driver might be replaced for the same vehicle if the daily working hours exceed 10 hours or if the driver worked 6 working days continuously
Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.
Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
No strollers are allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or canceled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for an alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
The actual type of car may vary depending on the availability but will be in a similar category of vehicle.
