No swimming is allowed in the open sea and after sunset. No one is allowed to jump off the yacht from the flybridge
All Guests need to provide a Copy of their Identification (Passport/Emirates ID) and emergency Contact details, prior to boarding
Loud music is not allowed into the marina channel as it's prohibited due to its residential area, any fine will be the responsibility of the participant in this regard
For the VIP package, VIP guests can check in at the lounge while they enjoy complimentary soft beverages before boarding

Please Note the dinner cruise may operate in Lotus or Desert Rose depending on the availability

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation is made within 24 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for a Refund your Amount will be returned to your Account within 7 working days

Child Policy

Under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost
Ages 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged a child rate
Above 10 years will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate
