All our city tour and safari vehicles are equipped with emergency first aid kit, fire extinguisher, safety belts, and air conditioning.
Each car in our fleet is also licensed and insured. All passengers are required to put down seat belts at all times.
Photography of military and certain governmental institutions are strictly prohibited. Also, do not take pictures of Emiratis without taking prior permission for them. Lastly, do not photograph Emirati women.
We reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the tour program due to climatic conditions, government regulations, or public holidays, to name a few, without any prior notice.
The trip and its activities are depending on sea and weather condition.
The maximum waiting time for passenger pick up for any tour is 15 minutes. Our drivers are instructed to leave after the allocated waiting time.
